The Story of StinkBird:

StinkBird was originally raised and trained by the Bird Monks to be a guard for the Elixir of Life. He was trained with the spear and with the thorny stick in order to be able to fight in the jungle. He was always the outcast, caring little for the emotions of those around him and intentionally annoying those who he didn't care much for. While for most people this would cause them to be bullied and maybe get them into fights, StinkBird's innate plot armor kept him from ever being bodily injured. One day, he decided to drink the Elixir of Life in order to irk those above him. He was immediately cast out of the Monestary and treated as a traitor.

He didn't care much about his exile. He rather enjoyed having no responsibilities. Occasionally, his former friend Abben would visit him, but he didn't care much about that either.

When King Zowizu stole the Elixir of Life, though, StinkBird was called back to the Monestary in order to retrieve it. In order to do so, he was lent the Shadows' Bane spear on the one rule that he had to give it back when his quest was finished. Of course, to StinkBird, rules were meant to be broken. When he went on his trip to stop Zowizu, Abben followed him, assisting him when he needed it most. And he did indeed require her help, since Dav' Dagon, Zowizu's general, was a truly good planner and did his best to stop StinkBird in every way that he could. Eventaully, StinkBird and Abben defeated Dav' Dagon and Zowizu and escaped with the Elixir.

StinkBird went back into his exile, taking the Spear with him. Abben remained his friend for no reason that StinkBird could fathom. He acknowledged that he did indeed need her in his journey, and that he did indeed appreciate her visits, but he didn't know if he wanted to start caring for anyone.

Eventually, while StinkBird lived his life peacefully in the jungle, followers of the Shadows of Corruption attacked StinkBird, a battle that StinkBird only managed to win with the help of FightingBear. Together, the two of them decided to find the man who sent the fighters, causing them to stumble upon GreatBeasts. They became members and fought against the forces of the Shadows of Corruption.

He grew to become friends with the other members and to like spending time with them, although he would never admit that to them. During the Shadow Infection, StinkBird realized that he did care for Abben, and went back to the jungle to save her. Together, the two of them worked to help GreatBeasts defeat the Shadows of Corruption.

Afterwards, Abben left the Monestary to be with StinkBird as a member of GreatBeasts for the ensuing seven years of peace.
