The Story of StoneBird:

    StoneBird was a creation by King Zowizu, made to be the perfect soldier. He was a statue of Renaissance fashion in the likeness of a bird. He was brought to life using the dark magic that King Zowizu was so masterful of, and was given supreme strength, although his intelligence and personality were both extremely lacking. This was mostly due to the fact that his mind was completely controlled by Zowizu, and he couldn't form a single thought by his own volition.
    During his employment under Zowizu, he was the perfect servant, soldier, and bodyguard, capable of fighting off any opponent. That was until he was confronted by StinkBird and Abben on their quest to defeat King Zowizu. Together, they managed to overpower StoneBird and kill Zowizu.

    StoneBird believed that he too would die once his creator had died, but this proved to not be the case. Instead, he was actually freed by his employer's death, given full control over his own mind. He fled Zowizu's crumbling empire and spent several years thinking over the meaning of his continued existence. He no longer was forced to do anything, but could instead choose his own path. What path that was though, he didn't quite know. 

    During the Shadow Infection three years after his creation, StoneBird found that his choice had been decided for him. His only option was to fight along side StinkBird and Abben against the Shadows of Corruption, and both doing so and having his choices restricted irritated him. However, he did find a measure of peace in fighting on the side of justice. He found that by helping GreatBeasts, he was making his own decision, living his own way and fighting his own fights. Thus he did join GreatBeasts part-time, helping the fight against the Shadow Infection. His biggest advantage agains the infection was that he was impervious to the disease. 

    Afterwards, he went back to live in the jungle, spending the ensuing seven years of peace meditating and occasionally visiting with his newfound close friends, StinkBird and Abben.
